How to delete my profile?

Found your match or want to take a break? You can delete your account simply and securely.

Permanent account deletion

1. Open the Umatch app.
2. Tap your profile photo on the right side of the navigation bar.
3. Go to the Settings menu (gear icon).
4. Scroll to the bottom and tap Log out.
5. Then tap Delete account.
6. Confirm by following the on-screen instructions.

This action deletes all your information — photos, conversations, and interactions — in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Before deleting, remember:

• Uninstalling the app does not remove your account. You need to follow the steps above.
• If you already removed the app from your phone, our Support Center can help.

If you have an active subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel your plan — it is managed by your app store and needs to be canceled directly there.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the next billing date.

On iPhone (via App Store / Apple ID):

1. Access your subscriptions.
2. Tap Umatch.
3. Select Cancel Subscription.

On Android (via Google Play):

1. Access your subscriptions.
2. Tap Umatch.
3. Tap Cancel Subscription and follow the instructions.
