I misspelled my email and I can't confirm

If you entered the wrong email address during registration and can't confirm your account, unfortunately it won't be possible to correct this information. For security reasons and to ensure the integrity of the community, Umatch does not change emails after account creation.

This is because email is one of the main ways to verify your identity and protect your information. Changing it after registration could compromise the security of the platform and its users.

You will need to create a new account using the correct email address. This way, we can ensure that access is secure and all app features work properly, including password recovery in the future.

How to create a new account?

1. Uninstall and reinstall the Umatch app to log out of the current account.
2. Open the app and tap Create account.
3. Enter the correct email address and follow the registration flow normally.
