Registration rejected

If your registration has been rejected, check the explanation for the reason, available both in the app itself and in the rejection email sent to you. By following these guidelines, your chances of approval increase and you can become part of the community.

If the reason for rejection mentions duplicate account, this means that we found a registration with very similar information to what you provided, indicating that you already have an account on Umatch.

In this case, you can choose one of two options:

Return to using your old account

To continue with the old account, simply log in using the email registered on it.
If you have forgotten your password, tap on Forgot Password on the login screen, just below the password field, and follow the instructions to reset it.

Delete the old account to create a new one

If you prefer to start fresh with a new account, you will first need to delete the old account.

To do this:

  • Log in to the old account.

  • Go to the Settings tab.

  • Tap on Delete Account

Remember: when you delete your old account, all data will be lost, including matches, conversations, and profile information.
