Password reset
If you are trying to reset your password and encounter errors, first check if you are typing the email correctly. Many of our users use university email addresses to create the account and end up forgetting this when recovering the password. Make sure you are attempting to restore the account for the correct email.
It is not possible to reset the password for an account that was previously deleted. If you have deleted your account, you will need to create a new account to continue using Umatch.
How to reset my password?
Open the Umatch app.
On the login screen, tap on Forgot my password.
Enter the email associated with your account.
Follow the instructions sent to your email to create a new password.
