Password reset

If you're trying to reset your password and encountering errors, first check that you're entering the correct email. Many of our users use university email addresses to create their account and forget this when recovering their password. Make sure you're trying to restore the account with the correct email.

It is not possible to reset the password of an account that was previously deleted. If you deleted your account, you will need to create a new account to use Umatch again.

How to reset my password?

1. Open the Umatch app.
2. On the login screen, tap Forgot my password.
3. Enter the email associated with your account.
4. Follow the instructions sent to your email to create a new password.
