If you receive a message that violates community rules or that you consider inappropriate, you can report it directly in the conversation.

When reporting a message, you have two options:

Report only the message

• The message will no longer appear for you.

• The other person will not be notified that there has been a report.

• The match and the conversation will remain active as usual.

Report and block the user

• The match will be undone.

• All conversation will disappear from your message box.

• The other person will also not be notified about the block.

How to report a message:

1. Open the conversation in the Umatch app.

2. Press and hold the message you want to report.

3. Choose whether you want to Report or Report and block.

4. Confirm the action.
