How to report someone?
If you encounter a profile or behavior that violates community rules, you can report it directly through the app. Reports are anonymous and help keep Umatch safe.
To report a profile:
On the profile of the person you want to report, tap the exclamation icon in the upper left corner of the photo.
Select the reason for the report from the presented list.
If you select “Other,” describe the reason in the indicated field.
Tap Report to confirm.
Important:
The report is sent directly to our moderation team.
If it is an urgent situation or threat, contact local emergency services immediately.
